Block snack comprises a compressed body consisting of (A) 50-100 pts. wt. of dehydrated feed having a fiber with a length of 2 mm and (B) 0-50 pts. wt. of further feed other than the dehydrated feed in divided form. The snack has a density of more than 1 kg/l. An independent claim is included for preparing the snack block, comprising mixing (A) and (B), pressing the mixture in a piston press to obtain a compressed body. ACTIVITY : Anabolic.
