The clip 840 can involve the device for bringing the peripheries close to each other. The device can include multiple jaws 842a, 842b having a first end and a second end respectively, the jaws being configured to be connected at the first end. The device also can include a fixing element positioned between the jaws. The jaws can be moved independently from an open configuration to a close configuration relative to the fixing element. The open configuration may be a configuration where the second end of the jaw is positioned away from the fixing element.
