The present invention relates to an agricultural film fixing tool by which an agricultural film such as an agricultural plastic sheet or a reflective film is strongly fixed, wherein light is made to be maximally reflected when the same is used in fixing the reflective film, so that fruits are induced to be evenly colored. A sticking means (20) is integrally formed with an insertion unit (10), wherein the sticking means (20) makes light reflected onto the top end of the insertion unit (10) inserted in the ground and closely sticks an agricultural film (30) on the ground in order to be fixed. The sticking means (20) comprises: a support piece (21) fused with and fixed to the insertion unit (10) an outer rim (22) which is separated at a predetermined distance towards an outer direction from the support piece (21) and is disposed at a predetermined distance in a downward direction from the support piece (21) and one or more ribs (23) which connect the support piece (21) and the outer rim (22).
