SIMULATION APPARATUS FOR RADIATION DOSE OF CHARGED PARTICLE, IRRADIATION APPARATUS FOR CHARGED PARTICLE RAY, SIMULATION APPARATUS FOR RADIATION DOSE OF CHARGED PARTICLE, AND IRRADIATION METHOD FOR CHARGED PARTICLE RAY
PURPOSE: A particle flux irradiation method is provided to calculate distribution of a charged particle flux in its early stage by suppressing degradation of accuracy and relieving a burden of calculation processing. CONSTITUTION: A charged particle flux simulation device includes an input unit(31) accepting input of simulation data including material information of an irradiation target object and irradiation information of the charged particle flux, a calculation unit(33) calculating distribution of the charged particle flux inside of the irradiation target object based on the simulation data accepted in the input unit and the distribution kernel of the charged particle flux. The calculation unit classifies the charged particle flux spread to the specific range from the mid-point of the propagation direction of the charged particles flux, and assumed a plurality of virtual shapes having spread of an awl shape based on the classified location as a new start point and calculates the distribution of the charged particles flux in the irradiation target object based on the simulation data accepted in the input unit and a plurality of virtual shapes of the charged particles flux. [Reference numerals] (1) Proton therapy device; (3) Simulation device; (31) Input unit; (33) Calculation unit; (35) Output unit; (5) Irradiating device; (51) Irradiating unit; (52) Collimator; (53) Bolus; (X) Object to be irradiated;[과제] 정밀도 저하를 억제하면서, 연산처리의 부담을 경감시켜서 하전입자선의 선량분포를 조기에 산출할 수 있게 되는 하전입자선량 시뮬레이션장치, 및 하전입자선량의 시뮬레이션방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.[해결수단] 피조사체(X)의 물질정보 및 양자선(B)의 조사정보를 포함하는 시뮬레이션 데이터의 입력을 접수하는 입력부(31)와, 입력부(31)에서 접수된 시뮬레이션 데이터 및 선량분포 커널에 근거하여, 피조사체(X) 내의 양자선(B)의 선량분포를 산출하는 연산부(33)를 구비하고, 연산부(33)는, 체표면에 도달되었다고 가정되는 양자선(B)으로부터 Surface Map을 작성함과 함께, Surface Map을 세분화하여 양자선(B)을 복수의 빔렛(Ba)으로 세분화하고, 입력부(31)에서 접수된 시뮬레이션 데이터와 복수의 빔렛(Ba)에 근거하여 피조사체(X) 내에서의 양자선(B)의 선량분포를 산출하는 시뮬레이션장치(3)로 하였다.
