The present invention relates to a disposable sealing type injection needle case, which prevents the injection needle from being used again, the invention comprising a storage case (10) which stores an inserted injection needle (2) and an upper cap (20) located on the upper part of the storage case (10) which is connected by an insertion structure of a connection protrusion (15) and a connection groove (25), so that the upper cap (20) is prevented from being rotated, and enables an upper body (21) to connect a lower body (22) with use of an air gap (2) and a cutting part (24) partly connecting the air gap to be cut.
