An annular touch-controlled device with physiological signals retrieval functions is suitable to be worn on the finger of a user and capable of performing wireless communication with an electronic device. The electronic device includes a wireless signal receiver and a touch-controlled monitor. The annular touch-controlled device includes: a kit, a touch-controlled element, a measurement unit, and a wireless signal transmitter. The kit is defined with a wearing space for insertion and wearing by a finger. The touch-controlled element is installed on the kit for touch-controlling the monitor. The measurement unit is used to measure the physiological signals from the finger inserted into the wearing space and producing measured signals. The wireless signal transmitter is electrically connected to the measurement unit for transmitting the measured signals to the wireless signal receiver so that the electronic device can perform calculation and analysis on the measured signals. Thus, the annular touch-controlled device enables a user to touch-control the monitor and accurately measure physiological signals of the user.
