590291 Disclosed is the use of a fixed dose combination of pramipexole and rasagiline, in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of Parkinsons disease, wherein said fixed dose combination contains from 0.01 mg to 1.5 mg pramipexole and from 0.01 mg to 1.0 mg rasagiline. Further disclosed is the use as defined above, wherein the medicament is in the form of a tablet, a capsule, a sachet, an orally disintegrating film, a wafer, or a long lasting injectable system, and preferably in the form of microencapsulated pramipexole and rasagiline filled into a capsule.
