The receiving device 40 compares a first receiving strength in an esophageal antenna 20b and a second receiving strength in an abdominal antenna 30d, generates instruction signals which change the image capture frame rates in the capsule endoscope 10 on the basis of the result of the comparison, and wirelessly transmits the same.
