摘要：: This invention provides a liposome nano-composition of a protein drug and a preparation method thereof. The liposome nano-composition includes a liposome nano-core and a membrane-forming lipid. Experiments have confirmed that the liposome nano-composition of the present invention has a superior ability of covering macromolecules, such as proteins and peptides, and the drug release time is up to twice of that of conventional liposomes, and indeed has the protein-carrying ability and is not toxicant to cells.本發明係提供一種蛋白質藥物之微脂奈米組成物及其製備方法,該微脂奈米組成物包含一微脂奈米核芯及一膜形成脂質。經由實驗證實本發明微脂奈米組成物擁有包覆蛋白質或胜肽等大分子良好的能力,且藥物釋放時間可達傳統微脂粒的二倍,對蛋白質確有載送能力且對細胞無毒性。
