PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation house capable of performing air-conditioning efficiently with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a plant cultivation house in which a house skeleton 22 is assembled by skeleton materials 24, such as general pipes, and the outer periphery of the house skeleton 22 is then covered with a seat outer member 30 made of a vinyl sheet. A sheet inner surface member 32 is substantially formed in a hermetically sealed manner on all the surfaces of the floor surface 32a, the wall surface 32b, and the ceiling surface 32c by a heat-shielding sheet inside the house framework 22 so as to have a certain distance from the seat outer surface member 30. Then, an air conditioner 40 is installed. The heat insulation property of the inside of the house to the outside of the house is good to perform the air-conditioning with energy efficiency.
