PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying insect pest trap device which can surely trap flying insect pests in high work efficiency without damaging weak plants.SOLUTION: This flying insect pest trap device is characterized by including a machine frame 1 for forming a support portion 1A above a cultivation bed Q for weak plants P, an upward air flow-producing means 2 supported on the support portion 1A and disposed to face the weak plants P to produce the upward air flow for swinging the weak plants P, and a trapping bag 3 which has air permeability and whose opening is attached to the upper side of the upward air flow-producing means 2 so that an air flow produced by the upward air flow-producing means 2 passes through the inside of the bag.
