The present invention relates to a water filtering tank that filters breeding water which is discharged from breeding tanks in a breeding farm, and more specifically to a water filtering tank that has package-type biofilters for improving filtering capability and for economic recycling of useful substances which are collected during the filtering process. In the water filtering tank according to the present invention, filtering material is inserted for cultivation of microorganisms inside a pipe-shaped filter casing that has a detachable cover installed at its upper part； multiple bio-filters are installed, and each of them has an inlet channel of breeding water and a drain channel for filtered water at the floor surface and the main-body side of the filter casing, to the floor plate of the filtering tank； under the floor plate, a funnel-shaped precipitation pot, which is connected to the breeding-water supply pipe, is installed. Through the process in which the breeding water undergoes the precipitation pot and flows into the bio-filters, physical filtering and microorganism filtering of the breeding water can be carried out concurrently. Washing or replacing of the filter material can be carried out very rapidly and easily, because bio-filters can be removed from the water filtering tank easily. When needed, the filter material can be applied to breeding water tanks of other aqua-creatures for utilizing various organic matters and cultured microorganisms which adhere to the filter material； and, in the process thereof, cleaning can be done for reinstallation of filter material.
