PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for a treatment plan using four-dimensional imaging data.SOLUTION: Imaging data for four-dimensional diagnosis as four-dimensional computer tomographic (CT) data are received, and the imaging data for four-dimensional diagnosis are used to form a radiation treatment plan. The four-dimensional CT scan data are gathering of three-dimensional (space) images, and each of the three-dimensional images is photographed at a different timing in a motion cycle (in a breathing cycle, cardiac cycle, artery pulsation, etc., of a patient) in accordance with known time-based relation.
