Method comprises a circumcision section with isolation of the native meatus and urethral area on a penis stem. Penis skin is separated together with a fleshy shell adjacent thereto from Baca fascia. When providing an artifactual erection of the penis curvature of more than 30° is visualized and dorsal plication of cavernous bodies leads to a pronounced shortening of the penis length, urethral pad is crossed directly under the balanus by continuing the circumcision incision. Then the left urethral area is mobilized from the cavernous bodies and ventral corprotomy is performed. Free graft of the preputium inner leaf is produced. And the preserved urethral area is tubularized on the catheter of an age diameter. Tubular segment of the artifactual urethra is fixed to the cavernous bodies and only then the graft from the preputium inner leaf is fixed from the displaced distal meatus to the balanus.
