PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunlight heat-sensitive valve capable of suppressing a valve from closing by being cooled with water flowing when the valve is opened and from the generation of chattering, and a sprinkler using the same.SOLUTION: A sunlight heat-sensitive valve 1 comprises: a main water channel MW connected to a main discharge port MOP from an inflow port IP in which water is flowed a sub-water channel SW branched from the main water channel MW and connected to a sub-discharge port SOP a master valve 10 opening and closing the main water channel MW and a slave valve 20 opening and closing the sub-water channel SW. The master valve 10 comprises an opening/closing member 14 for the master valve opening and closing the main water channel MW according to opening and closing the sub-water channel SW.
