PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture needle assembly which reduces the traumatic symptom suffered by the patient, reduces the instances of leakage, reduces the instances of bleeding, and creates a relatively strong bond between adjacent body tissues.SOLUTION: A surgical suture needle assembly 100 includes a suture structure 112 and a wound treatment material 112a at least one of incorporated into and onto the suture structure.
