The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for removing cancer cells and preventing cancer cell generation using a piezoelectric element composed of an organic ferroelectric material. In a piezoelectric element used to prevent the regeneration of cancer cells in association with an embodiment of the present invention, the piezoelectric element is located in at least a portion of a subject receiving a surgery for removing the cancer cells, vibrates by an electric signal induced from the human body, and prevents the reoccurrence of the removed cancer using the vibration. The piezoelectric element may be composed of an inorganic ferroelectric material and a mixture of a metal and an organic material.본 발명은 유기물 강유전 물질로 구성된 압전소자를 이용한 암세포 제거 및 발생 방지 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일예와 관련된 암세포 재발 방지에 이용되는 압전소자에 있어서, 상기 압전소자는, 상기 암세포 제거 수술한 객체의 적어도 일부에 위치하고, 인체에서 유도되는 전기신호를 이용하여 진동하며, 상기 진동을 이용하여 상기 제거된 암이 재발하는 것이 방지되고, 상기 압전소자는 무기물 강유전 물질과 금속 및 유기물의 혼합물로 구성될 수 있다.
