PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor for sequencing segments in the order of matching with a human intuition.SOLUTION: A medical image processor 1 is configured to, when two segments do not intersect, and there is a shared section in which the two segments coexist in an X-axial direction, determine the hierarchical order in a Y-axial direction of the partial segments of the two segments in the shared section, and to sequence the hierarchical order in the Y-axial direction of the two segments in accordance with the hierarchical order of the partial segments.
