PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head for a portable PET bottle facilitating an operation for the function of a push-pull mechanism by vertically moving the shower head while supporting the weight of the water-containing PET bottle with one hand.SOLUTION: A handhold 13 is protrusively provided around a base end 5 having an internal thread screwed with an external thread 11 formed at a mouthpiece 3 of the PET bottle 1. The push-pull mechanism 15 is constituted between the base end 5 and a tip part 7 fitted to communicate with the base end 5 and vertically moved within a predetermined range, to open/close by vertical movement. A shower part 17 is provided at the tip of the tip part 7.
