The present invention relates to a capsulorhexis apparatus which is inserted into an incision part of a cornea and incises an anterior lens capsule covering a lens. The capsulorhexis apparatus comprises a capsular incision part having a close loop shape, incising an anterior lens capsule located on the lower part of a cornea by being inserted into an incision site of the incised cornea, and generating heat by using high frequency vibration to incise the anterior lens capsule a body part having the capsular incision part slide inside, and when the capsular incision part incises the anterior lens, having the capsular incision part exposed to the outside, and when the capsular incision part does not incise the anterior lens capsule, having the capsular incision part inserted inside and a button part formed on one side of the body part and moving the capsular incision part for the capsular incision part to slide inside of the body part, wherein the capsular incision part comprises a round incision tool incising the anterior lens capsule in a round shape, and a moving member having one end connected to the round incision tool and make the round incision tool slide. The round incision tool comprises a wire part having multiple wire members twisted in a shape of a straw rope, thereby having elasticity, and a coated part coated on the outer side of the wire part.
