A method enables creation of a fenestration in a stent graft at the point where the main vessel in which the stent graft is placed branches into a side branch vessel. Specifically, the fenestration is created by puncturing the stent graft from the outside by a side branch vessel stent or fenestration creation device that is placed within the side branch vessel.Linvention concerne un procédé qui permet la création dune fenestration dans une endoprothèse en un point où le vaisseau principal dans lequel lendoprothèse est placée se ramifie en un vaisseau latéral de ramification. Plus particulièrement, la fenestration est créée par perforation de lendoprothèse depuis lextérieur au moyen dun stent de vaisseau latéral de ramification ou dun dispositif de création de fenestration placé à lintérieur du vaisseau latéral de ramification.
