The present invention provides a soft three-dimensional micro probe structure, which includes a probe, a base and a bending part. The probe is connected to the base via the bending part. The probe is attracted by electrostatic attraction so as to bend the bending part, thereby forming a three-dimensional structure with a bending angle at a plane where the probe and the base are disposed. The probe, the base and the bending part can be selected from soft polymer material to avoid biological tissue from becoming inflamed. Furthermore, with the use of a fixing member and a structure enhancer, a better structure property can be obtained.
