PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely transfer a prosthetic valve to be sewed to a heart even after removing a holder and a holder handle without touching any parts of the prosthetic valve except a cuff thereof.SOLUTION: When mounting a prosthetic valve, either a mechanical or biological valve, to a region called an annulus part where a heart valve is placed, an auxiliary tool for valve replacement operation is particularly configured to operate a sewing fabric part, called cuff, of the prosthetic valve to abut with the annulus part.
