A full absence of tissue tension at the moment of suturing provides avoiding suture cutting through at the moment of closure, and suture leak with underlying greater defect of skin and subcutaneous fat formed after radical mastectomy and enables simplifying the procedure of blood-free stapling metal suturing considerably.
