PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous microneedle injection device suited for continuous injection of a medicine for a long time.SOLUTION: The continuous microneedle injection device comprises: a housing unit 4 housing a medical solution filler body 10； and needle unit 6 comprising a microneedle body 12. The needle unit 6 comprises: a needle holding member 70 with the microneedle body 12 mounted thereon； and a supply-feed flow path structure (supply-feed needles and supply-feed tubes) for guiding a medical solution 8 within the medical solution filler body 10 to the needle holding member 70； and when the housing unit 4 and the needle unit 6 are mounted to each other, the supply-feed flow path structure is communicatingly connected to the medical solution filler body 10 to allow the medical solution 8 within the medical solution filler body 10 to be supplied.
