PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder formulation in which a fungal Shiitake mushroom fruit body bud part where the fast-growing cells are contained at a high ratio, can efficiently be ingested.SOLUTION: The powder formulation is a powder formulation in which a bud powder obtained by grinding the bud of a fungal Shiitake mushroom fruit body (Shiitake mushroom), is formulated. Furthermore, the powder formulation preferably is a powder formulation in which the bud powder in the powder formulation is a dry powder of the bud of the fungal Shiitake mushroom fruit body. And furthermore, the powder formulation preferably is a powder formulation in which a vegetable lactic acid bacterium is formulated. The powder formulation preferably is a powder formulation in which the vegetable lactic acid bacterium is Lactobacillus piantarum Formula-1. Furthermore, the powder formulation is a foodstuff, a pharmaceutical, a quasi-drug, a pharmaceutical for mammal, or a feed for mammal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 生長著しい細胞が高い割合で含まれている椎茸菌子実体の芽部分を、効率的に摂取できる粉末配合物を提供する。【解決手段】 粉末配合物は、椎茸菌子実体(椎茸)の芽を粉砕した芽粉末を配合した、粉末配合物である。さらにこの粉末配合物の芽粉末が、椎茸菌子実体の芽の乾燥粉末である粉末配合物とすると良い。またさらに植物性乳酸菌を配合した粉末配合物とすると良い。この植物性乳酸菌が、Lactobacillus piantarum Formula-1である粉末配合物とすると良い。さらに、粉末配合物は、飲食品、医薬品、医薬部外品、哺乳類用医薬品、哺乳類用えさである。【選択図】図1
