The present invention relates to a stethoscope for an arteriovenous access which includes a collecting unit which collects a sound generated inside by a contact with the vascular accesses of an artery and a vein by hemodialysis, and a stethoscope body which supplies information to a patient and a doctor through a speaker and a display by converting the sound transmitted from the collecting unit into a digital signal. A thrombus formed in the artery and the vein is checked with the naked eye and by sound. According to the present invention, a narrow part of a blood vessel and the thrombus is sensed by a contact with the artery and the vein by the hemodialysis using the stethoscope for the arteriovenous access. The reliability of the patient and the doctor is improved by supplying the information about the hemodialysis of a storage unit formed in a control unit to the patient in real time.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 투석접근로 청진기에 관한 것으로서, 혈액투석에 따른 동맥과 정맥의 통로 부위에 접촉하여 내부에서 발생하는 소리를 모으는 채집부와, 상기 채집부에서 전달되는 소리를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 디스플레이와 스피커를 통해 환자와 의사에 정보를 제공하는 청진기 본체로 구성되어, 상기 동맥과 정맥에 형성되는 혈전을 육안 및 청각으로 확인할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 투석접근로 청진기를 이용하여 혈액투석에 따른 동맥과 정맥의 부위에 접촉하여 혈전과 혈관이 좁아진 부분을 감지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제어부에 구비되는 저장부의 혈액투석 등에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 환자에게 제공할 수 있으므로 환자와 의사의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
