The present invention relates to novel anti -cancer composition , more specifically it relates to an anti -cancer composition comprising a compound or its derivative of Formula 1 as an active ingredient . The compounds of the present invention is effective in the prevention and treatment of cancer that effectively induce and inhibit killing of cancer cells the activity of which is a new anticancer drug targets AIMP2-DX2.
