PURPOSE: A muscle activation level measurement device is provided to measures an activation level of a corresponding muscle by detecting variation in muscle volume. CONSTITUTION: A muscle activation level measurement device(100) includes a strap unit(110), an encoder unit, a wire unit(130) and a housing unit(140). The strap unit is fixed to a specific part of a body of a wearer by surrounding thereof, is engaged with an inelastic strap unit made of an inelastic material and includes an elastic strap unit made of an elastic material. The encoder unit is formed in one side of the strap unit and detects variation in muscle volume of the wearer based on a rotation direction and a rotation degree of a rotary pulley. The wire unit fixes one end to the inelastic strap unit and fixes the other end to the rotary pulley. The wire unit is to be wound up in the rotary pulley if the muscle volume of the wearer decreases and is unwound from the rotary pulley if the muscle volume of the wearer increases.착용자의 근육의 부피 변화 정도를 감지하여, 해당 근육의 활성화 정도를 측정하는 근육 활성화도 측정 장치를 개시한다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 근육 활성화도 측정 장치는 착용자의 신체 소정 부분을 감싸며 고정되고, 비탄성 재질로 형성되는 비탄성 스트랩부 및 비탄성 스트랩부에 결합되며 탄성 재질로 형성되는 탄성 스트랩부를 구비하는 스트랩부； 스트랩부의 일측에 형성되며, 회전 풀리의 회전 방향 및 회전 정도에 기초하여, 착용자의 근육의 체적의 변화를 감지하는 엔코더부； 및 일단이 비탄성 스트랩부에 고정되며, 타단이 회전 풀리에 고정되고, 착용자의 근육의 체적이 감소하는 경우 회전 풀리에 감기도록 형성되며, 착용자의 근육의 체적이 증가하는 경우 회전 풀리에서 풀리도록 형성되는 와이어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
