A multi-component intraocular lens implantable in an optical system of a human eye, comprising: a base lens (100, 100 ') having an anterior surface configured to face the front of the human eye, a posterior surface on one side opposite of the base lens (100, 100 ') with respect to the anterior surface and configured to face the posterior part of the human eye, a circumferential lateral surface that connects the anterior and posterior surfaces, and at least one haptic element (120) which extends outward from the circumferential lateral surface and configured to secure the base lens in the human eye tissue, the base lens (100, 100 ') being made of a first foldable material; and an optical assembly that attaches to the base lens (100, 100 '), the optical assembly of a second folding material being manufactured, in which the base lens (100, 100') includes at least one flange (105,105 ') arranged on the anterior surface of the base lens (100, 100 '), the at least one flange including a groove (110, 110') defined therein, the groove being located only above the anterior surface of the base lens (100, 100 '); and wherein the optical assembly is coupled to the groove (110, 110 ') parallel to the front surface of the base lens (100, 100') above the front surface of the base lens (100, 100 '), characterized in that the at least one flange extends outward from the anterior surface of the base lens (100, 100 ') towards the front of the human eye at an angle between 45 degrees and 135 degrees and because the optical assembly is coupled to the slot (110, 110 ') above the at least one haptic element (120).Una lente intraocular de múltiples componentes implantable en un sistema óptico de un ojo humano, que comprende: una lente base (100, 100') que tiene una superficie anterior configurada para mirar hacia la parte delantera del ojo humano, una superficie posterior en un lado opuesto de la lente base (100, 100') con respecto a la superficie anterior y configurada para mirar hacia la
