FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A system comprises a main line arranged on a tissue area, a container having a collection chamber, an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is flow connected with the main line. A low pressure source is flow connected with the outlet of the container and aims at low pressure supply into the collection chamber and to the tissue area to draw a fluid medium from the tissue area into the collection chamber. A fluid/air separator is coupled with the outlet and aims at preventing the fluid outflow from the collection chamber through the outlet. A reflecting element is arranged inside the container and aims at diversion of the fluid supplied into the collection chamber to prevent the fluid/air separator from early blocking. The reflecting element comprises a deflector plate and at least one elevated element placed on the deflector plate and aiming at rupturing bubbles formed when the fluid medium is supplied into the fluid medium into the collection chamber.
