[Problem] To provide a method for producing a powdery composition comprising calcined calcium carbonate and conchiolin, of which the hepatic dysfunction-ameliorating effect has been already confirmed, simultaneously using a freshwater clam shell as a raw material. [Solution] A freshwater clam shell is burned at a heating temperature of 200 to 300˚C for a heating time of 20 to 60 minutes, and the resultant burned product is milled, thereby producing a mixed powder comprising aragonite and conchiolin.L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une composition en poudre comprenant du carbonate de calcium calciné et de la conchyoline, dont l'effet d'amélioration d'un dysfonctionnement hépatique a déjà été confirmé, en utilisant simultanément une coquille de palourde d'eau douce comme matière première.Une coquille de palourde d'eau douce est brûlée à une température de chauffage de 200 à 300 °C pendant une durée de chauffage de 20 à 60 minutes, et le produit brûlé obtenu est broyé, en produisant ainsi une poudre mixte comprenant de l'aragonite et de la conchyoline.【課題】シジミ貝殻を原料として肝機能障害改善効果が確認されている焼成炭酸カルシウムとコンキオリンとからなる紛体の組成物を同時に生成する方法を提供する。 【解決手段】シジミ貝殻を加熱温度２００℃乃至３００℃、加熱時間２０分乃至６０分で焼成したのちに粉砕して、アラゴナイト及びコンキオリンからなる混合粉末体を得る。
