An image calibration method is provided. The method includes determining observation area in first image frame of motion image and acquiring the central position of the observation area in the first image frame； acquiring first characteristic area in the first image frame, wherein the first image frame complies with a gradient characteristic； acquiring a first vector pointing from the central position of the observation area to the central position of the first characteristic area in the first image； finding second characteristic area in second image frame according to the gradient characteristic； acquiring a second vector pointing from the central position of the observation area to the central position of the second characteristic area in the second frame, calibrating the observation area in a third image frame according to the difference between the first vector and the second vector.一種影像校正方法，包括：於動態影像中的第一影像幀中決定觀察區域並取得觀察區域在第一影像幀中的中心位置；自第一影像幀決定第一特徵區域，其中第一特徵區域符合一灰階特徵；取得觀察區域在第一影像幀中的中心位置至第一特徵區域的中心位置的第一向量；在動態影像中第二影像幀以灰階特徵尋找第二影像幀的第二特徵區域；取得觀察區域在第二影像幀中的中心位置至第二特徵區域在第二影像幀中的中心位置的第二向量；以及以第二向量與第一向量之間的差值校正觀察區域在一第三影像幀中的位置。
