A holder system for attachment to the neck of a flexible baby feeding container such as a pouch or sachet. The holder system comprising a holder element 1 insertable within the neck of a flexible container 11, and a slip ring 5 engageable with the holder element 1 to trap the neck of the flexible container 11 between the holder 1 and the slip ring 5. The slip ring 5 provides a gripping surface by which the flexible container 11 can be held during filling. A delivery system 8 is also taught as being attachable to the holder 1. The delivery system preferably comprising a straw (Fig 7) or a teat 9； the teat 9 preferably held in a collapsed state within a collar 6 and protected by a cap 10. A claim is also provided for a process for creation of liquid such a claim being directed to the filling of a pouch attached to the holder system with a liquid.
