PURPOSE: An injectable liquid composition containing revaprazan or salt thereof is provided to completely dissolve revaprazan or salt in an aqueous medium. CONSTITUTION: An injectable liquid composition contains: surfactant of polyoxyethylene natural of hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyethylene glycol-15-hydroxystearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, or sorbitan ester； and therapeutically effective amount of revaprazan or salt thereof. The revaprazan or salt and surfactant are dissolved in an aqueous medium. The aqueous medium is water for injection or mixture solvent of ethanol and the water for injection.본 발명은 특정 계면활성제 및 또는 계면활성제들의 조합을 사용하여 치료학적으로 유효한 양의 레바프라잔 또는 그의 염을 마이셀(micelle) 또는 혼합 마이셀(mixed micelle) 형태로 수성 매질에 용해시킨 주사용 액제 조성물, 그의 제조방법, 및 상기 주사용 액제 조성물을 건조시켜 얻어진 주사용 건조 분말을 제공한다.
