The disclosure also relates to pharmaceutically acceptable salts and compositions comprising the same and the manufacture of medicaments using these compounds for the treatment or prevention of various diseases and disorders including cardiovascular disorders, ischemic necrosis, cancer, thrombotic disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, abnormal bile production, glucose metabolism disorders and lipoprotein metabolism disorders using these compounds. An in vitro method of monitoring the progress of therapy when using these compounds is also disclosed.
