The present disclosure relates to compositions comprising a peptide with improved solubility and the methods of achieving the same. In one embodiment, the present composition comprises at least one peptide, a pH modifier present at a concentration of less than 1.0 mM, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition may further comprise other components such as immunomodulator adjuvant.
