PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate assist image data which can precisely and easily specify a blood vessel branch part in image data obtained by a radiography.SOLUTION: An input part 12 of a radiographing system 100 sets a reference point to the upper end of the sacrum of reference image data obtained by radiographing an object 150 to be inspected by a radiographing part 1 and an image data generating part 6. A ruler forming part 101 forms a ruler to the axial direction of the object 150 to be inspected on the basis of the reference point and the enlargement/reduction ratio of the image data. A data synthesizing part 103 adds to the ruler, in accordance with anatomical data previously stored in an anatomical data storing part 102, identifying information of a blood mark showing the blood vessel branch part of a spinal nutritive blood vessel branching from the main abdominal artery and a blood vessel to form the assist image data.
