Provided is a sunscreen impregnated with a polyester foam comprising: a polyester foam with 30-70 of type F ASKER hardness and a sunscreen composition impregnated with the same polyester foam, which contains 20-70 wt% of oil phase ingredients, 1-35 wt% of an organic sunscreen, 1-30 wt% of a pigment, 10-50 wt% of water-based ingredients, and 0.01-10 wt% of an emulsifier having a HLB value between 1 and 6 and has viscosity of 500-5,000 cps.
