The present invention relates to a human antibody which specifically bonds to c-Met and which consists of: a complementarity-determining region (CDR) and a framework region (FR), both regions being derived from humans. The present invention also relates to a polynucleotide encoding said human antibody, to an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide, to a transformant transformed by said expression vector, to a method for preparing human antibody B7 by culturing said transformant, to a wound-healing composition comprising said human antibody as an active ingredient, to a cell-regenerating composition comprising said human antibody as an active ingredient, and to an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug is linked to said human antibody. The human antibody specific to c-Met according to the present invention works as a mimic of HGF and therefore may be used as a wound-healing composition. The human antibody of the present invention may be widely utilized in the treatment and prognosis of various diseases which may be healed by the activation of said HGF or c-Met (e.g., neuronal infarction, progressive nephropathy, cirrhosis of the liver, lung fibrosis, kidney, liver, or lung injuries, and ulcerated wounds).La présente invention concerne un anticorps humain qui se lie spécifiquement à c-Met et qui consiste en une région de détermination de complémentarité et en une région charpente, ces deux régions provenant dhumains.
