PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress jamming of particulate matters in a particulate matter input device.SOLUTION: A particulate matter input device comprises: a bottom part guide face 1h in which a passage 1g of the particulate matter disposed in a container and formed in a spiral state along a vertical direction guides the particulate matters in the passage 1g of the particulate matter from a bottom side; and a side part guide face 1i for guiding the particulate matters in the passage 1g of the particulate matter from an outer peripheral side. The particulate matter input device puts the particulate matters in the container via the passage 1g of the particulate matter. For preventing jamming of the particulate matter in the passage 1g of the particulate matter, an inner peripheral side 1j of the passage 1g of the particulate matter is opened so that the particulate matters fall from the inner peripheral side 1j of the passage 1g of the particulate matter.
