The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fish meal using seaweed byproduct and insect, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a fish meal, which can reduce mortality of fish and requires reduced manufacturing cost by mixing and molding seaweed pulverized products acquired by drying and pulverizing seaweed and insect pulverized products acquired by drying imago or larvae of insect in vacuum at a low temperature and pulverizing the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a fish meal of excellent quality, which can reduce mortality with low cost and induce rapid growth of aquaculture species. In particular, the manufacturing method of a fish meal of the present invention is expected to contribute not only to lowering manufacturing cost but also to environmental pollution problems due to treatment of seaweed byproduct, since abandoned seaweed byproduct can be used. Also, the manufacturing method of a fish meal is expected to utilize oil components incidentally generated when insect raw materials such as cicada larva and the like are dried in vacuum at a low temperature so as to generate additional income.본 발명은 해조류 부산물과 곤충을 이용한 어사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 해조류를 건조 및 분쇄한 해조류 분쇄물과 곤충의 성충 또는 애벌레를 저온진공건조하고 분쇄한 곤충 분쇄물을 혼합 및 성형함으로써 물고기의 폐사율을 줄일 수 있고 제조단가가 낮은 어사료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 낮은 비용으로도 폐사율을 줄일 수 있고 양식 어종의 빠른 성장을 유도할 수 있는 우수한 품질의 어사료를 제조할 수 있다. 특히 본 발명의 어사료 제조방법은 버려지는 해조류 부산물을 이용할 수 있어 제조단가를 낮추는 것 뿐만 아니라 해조류 부산물의 처리에 따른 환경오염문제에도 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대되며, 굼벵이 등 곤충원료를 저온진공건조할 때 부수적으로 발생하는 기름성분을 활용할 수도 있어 부가적인 수입을 창출할 수도 있을 것으로 기대된다.
