A device can be used for depositing batter in manufacturing of flat breads such as Injera/Enjera (Ethiopian circular, thin, flat breads), Crepe, Pancake and flat breads of other traditions. The apparatus comprising mainly four parts/sections: the first part is a batter spreader, the second part is a bread thickness controller, the third part is a batter transfer/transport and the fourth part is a rotating system. The batter spreader comprises of a half piece cylindrical tank with attached pipes. The cylindrical tank has number of attached small pipes to transfer batter from the cylindrical tank to non-sticky baking surface. The batter thickness controller comprises mainly of a rope, a rope spool, a pin and a bi-directional motor. The batter transfer part comprises of a mechanical metering pump, hoses, and a batter receiving-transferring/collector trays.
