PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introducer sheath and introducer assembly allowing an operator to further reliably determine during a treatment or immediately after the treatment whether denervation is completed or not.SOLUTION: An introducer sheath 1 capable of feeding a treatment device from the outside of a body to a vessel comprises: a sheath tube 2 to be inserted into the vessel from the outside of the body and a metal electrode member 3 that has metal electrodes 10 and 10a capable of measuring the neural activity and is attached to an external wall of the sheath tube. The sheath tube includes a distal end 22 placed in the vessel during the treatment, and a body 8 continued from the distal end and extending outside the vessel.
