When the SCP gene or SCP mutant gene of the present invention is used, it is possible to regulate the migration of TLP, which is a protein wherein secretion is induced by stress, and thus it is possible to use a vector comprising the gene of the present invention in order to produce a genetically modified plant having enhanced stress resistance.La présente invention concerne : un gène SCP un gène mutant SCP un procédé de production dune plante génétiquement modifiée à laide de celui-ci et un procédé de régulation de la sécrétion dune protéine sécrétoire à partir dun corps de cellule de plante génétiquement modifiée. Lorsque le gène SCP ou le gène mutant SCP de la présente invention est utilisé, il est possible de réguler la migration de la TLP, une protéine dans laquelle la sécrétion est induite par le stress. Il est par conséquent possible dutiliser un vecteur comprenant le gène de la présente invention pour produire une plante génétiquement modifiée ayant une résistance accrue au stress.본 발명은 SCP 유전자, SCP 돌연변이 유전자, 이를 이용한 형질전환 식물체의 제조방법 및 형질전환 식물세포체에서 분비단백질의 분비를 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 SCP 유전자 또는 SCP 돌연변이 유전자를 이용하면 스트레스에 의해 분비가 유도되는 단백질인 TLP의 이동을 조절할 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 유전자를 포함하는 벡터를 이용하여 스트레스 저항성이 증진된 형질전환 식물체를 제작할 수 있다.
