The present invention relates to a stent operating device which is capable of cauterizing, and, more particularly, to a stent operating device (1) which transports a stent (S) to a lesion site of tubular tissue through multiple tubular members (3) and which comprises bipolar electrode (7) which cauterizes the lesion site by being installed in the end of an operating device of the tubular members (3) a high frequency generator (9) which enables a radiation of a high-frequency current from the bipolar electrode (7) for cauterizing by being connected to the bipolar electrode (7). The lesion site is cauterized and necrotized through the bipolar electrode (7) in the tip of a moving tube which is loaded with the stent (s) before and after the operation of stent (s) in the lesion site, thereby effectively preventing a generation of restenosis in the lesion site.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
