PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation which achieves high stability of hardness in various temperature conditions and good usability without stickiness and gives a highly moisturized feeling in a gel form using a hydrophobic modified polyether urethane.SOLUTION: There is provided a skin external preparation in a gel form containing (a) a hydrophobic modified polyether urethane and (b) a starch-acrylic acid block polymer (including a salt thereof) or a water-swellable clay mineral, wherein the hydrophobic modified polyether urethane preferably is a polyethylene glycol-240/decyltetradeceth-20/hexamethylene diisocyanate copolymer and the water-swellable clay mineral preferably is bentonite.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】疎水性変性ポリエーテルウレタンを用いたジェル剤形において、各種温度条件における硬度の安定性の高さと、べたつきのない使用性のよさを実現できる保湿感の高い皮膚外用組成物を得ることを課題とした。【解決手段】(a)疎水性変性ポリエーテルウレタン、(b)デンプン・アクリル酸ブロック重合体(その塩を含む)又は水膨潤性粘土鉱物を含有したジェル剤形により、目的とする皮膚外用組成物が提供された。また前記疎水性変性ポリエーテルウレタンが、ポリエチレングリコール-240/デシルテトラデセス-20/ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートであること、前記水膨潤性粘土鉱物が、ベントナイトであることが、より好ましい。【選択図】なし
