CONSTITUTION: A radiation imaging system includes an image detection terminal 80 for displaying a photographed image being output from a photographing apparatus 60 to perform radiography by targeting patients for image detection work, and an RIS terminal 40 for managing the photographing apparatus 60. A CPU provided at the image detection terminal 80 adjusts a recommended range of the radiation dose to be exposed by the patients according to recommended range adjustment operation. The CPU provided at the RIS terminal 40 displays the recommended range adjusted by the image detection terminal 80 on a monitor, and displays the radiation dose exposed by the same patient in the past on the monitor. Any of the recommended range and the radiation dose is drawn or described on an inspection guide.EFFECT: A radiation dose can be adjusted to a proper value every patient, while a recommended range of the radiation dose is managed every medical facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【構成】放射線撮影システムは、患者を対象として放射線撮影を行う撮影装置60から出力された撮影画像を検像作業のために表示する検像端末80と、撮影装置60を管理するRIS端末40とを備える。検像端末80に設けられたCPUは、患者が被ばくする放射線量の推奨範囲を推奨範囲調整操作に従って調整する。RIS端末40に設けられたCPUは、検像端末80によって調整された推奨範囲をモニタに表示し、かつ同一患者が過去に被ばくした放射線量をモニタに表示する。推奨範囲および放射線量はいずれも、検査ガイド上に描画ないし記載される。【効果】放射線量の推奨範囲を医療施設毎に管理しつつ、放射線量を患者毎に適正値に調整することができる。【選択図】図1
