PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granular material spraying device capable of easily preventing clogging with powder and granular material in a diffusion guide case, and capable of easily preventing occurrence of trouble caused by a clogging prevention means.
SOLUTION: The powder and granular material spraying device includes a rotator 50 which includes a rotary plate 51 for receiving powder and granular material and blades 52 projecting upward from the rotary plate 51 for sputtering powder and granular material. The diffusion guide case 58 includes: a ceiling wall part 58A; a vertical wall part 58B located along the outer peripheral edge of the rotator 50 on the opposite side from where a diffusion port 58C to the rotator 50 is located; and a guide lateral wall part 60 located between the diffusion port 58C and the vertical wall part 58B for guiding diffusion of the powder and granular material.
