PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring device that can be carried by a user, and a biological information measuring system including the same.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device 1 comprises a device body 10 that includes: a pulse wave detecting part 21 that includes a light emitting part 22 for irradiating a wrist with light and a light receiving part 23 for receiving reflected light when the a light emitting part 22 irradiates the wrist with the light, and that detects pulse waves of the wrist on the basis of the reflected light received by the light receiving part 23 and a body motion detecting part that detects body motion of a user.
